Privacy Policy

KCD2Quest is designed as a public guide site. You can read guides, use the map index and use the alchemy workbench without creating an account.

Analytics

The site uses Plausible and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful, which routes need updates and whether the site has technical problems.

Read Plausible’s data policy and Google’s privacy policy for their processing practices. Google Analytics may use cookies and device identifiers. Browser privacy settings can restrict cookies and scripts.

Advertising

Adsterra supplies display and native advertising. Its services, including highperformanceformat.com and profitablecpmratenetwork.com, may process IP addresses, device and browser information, page URLs, cookies and ad interactions for delivery and measurement. KCD2Quest does not ask visitors to click ads and does not intentionally place advertising over maps, tools or article text.

See Adsterra’s privacy policy. External source links and advertiser destinations have their own policies.

Google advertising cookies

This site carries a Google AdSense site-verification tag and lists our Google publisher account in ads.txt, but it does not currently load Google’s ad code, so no Google ads are shown here today. If Google ads are served on this site, the following applies. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Messages and privacy requests

Email hi@skybringup.com with a question, correction or privacy request. We receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send, and use them to handle your request. Do not send passwords or other account secrets. Contact instructions explain what helps reproduce a site problem.

Local tool data

Location filters and alchemy quantities are held in the current page’s memory. They are not submitted to our server and reset when you reload the page. No account is required. The site does not currently collect newsletter subscriptions.
