How Frogs Fits the Feud Chain
Frogs is one side of the Tachov and Zhelejov prank feud. Players search it because the chain is easy to scramble: one wrong confession can fail the current quest and start the opposite side.
If your goal is maximum content, start with Frogs from Old Olbram, then do Mice, then resolve Battle of the Frogs and Mice. This order is the safest documented completion route.
Maypole Route
The first job is stealing Tachov's maypole. Speak carefully to Prochek: ask about the maypole, but do not tell him Olbram is behind the prank. That confession changes the active quest state.
Henik is the blocker. The softer route is to arrange time with Manka; the rougher route is to provoke and beat him. Either way, wait until evening, bring an axe and collect the maypole after Henry cuts it down.
Sheep and Optional Sabotage
The sheep section is less about combat and more about steering. Walk behind them and push them out of the search area. If the shepherd blocks you, fists are enough.
The optional digestion and laundry sabotage improve the reward but add time and stealth risk. Do them if you are already comfortable moving around Tachov without creating a bigger reputation problem.
Why Players Miss Mice
Players often finish one side and assume the feud is done. It is not. After Frogs, go to Prochek and take Mice before resolving the battle quest if you want the fuller chain.
The site links Frogs and Mice both ways because the search traffic is split and the player need is the same: which prank route is active, and how do I avoid locking myself out?
FAQ
Can I do Frogs and Mice both?
Yes. The safer order is Frogs first, then Mice, then Battle of the Frogs and Mice.
Why did Frogs fail?
The usual reason is telling Tachov that Olbram is planning a prank. That flips the feud to the opposite side.
